1954-2428A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
TO BE MADE AND ENTERED INTO BY AND BETWEEN THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AND DONALD S. HUDSON
RELATING TO THE OPERATION OF .A COflCESSION STAND
AT LA PALMA PARK
WHEREAS, there has been made, a proposal to the Director
of Recreation and the City Administrator by Donald S. Hudson
regarding the operation of a concession stand at La Palma
Park by said Donald S. Hudson for and in- consideration
of a percentage of the gross receipts derived therefrom;
and
WHEREAS, said proposal was tentatively -submitted by said
Director of Recreation and said City Administrator to
the City Council at the.regular meeting of May 11, 1954,
wherein a motion was made and carried that an agreement
be drafted for the granting of said license for the period
of one year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the City enter into an agreement
with Donald S. Hudson for the operation of a concession
stand at La Palma Park, said agreement setting forth the
terms, conditions, covenants and consideration thereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed
to execute said agreement for and in behalf of the City
of Anaheim in the manner and form and upon the terms and
conditions as set forth in the agreement hereto attached
and made a part hereof.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION•is signed and approved by me
this 25th day of May 1954.
