A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCErTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND MAIN
TF;NANCE OF A SANITARY SEWER
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for the construction and
maintenance of a sanitary sewer only and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to sell
said hereinafter described real property to the City of Anaheim
for the sum of One and no /100 ($1.00) Dollar; and
IHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Ana-
heim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of CLYDE L. BLETSO and ANNA M.
BL TS0, husband and wife, to sell to the City of
Anaheim the following described real property situated in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, and more partic-
ularly described as follows:
An easement for the construction and maintenance of a
sanitary sewer only, upon through and across the
Southerly five (5) feet of Lot 38 of Tract No. 1603 as
shown on a map recorded in Book 47, Page 3 of Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange County, California,
upon the following conditions:
(1) That at any time the City exercises its right of ingress
and egress as under the deed, it will restore all damage
and replace all physical aspects of the property in the
condition as existed before such ingress or egress oc-
curred.
(2) That the City will install "Y" connections at convenient
locations for the purpose of serving the occupants of
Lot 38 of Tract No. 1603 above described.
(3) That the City will replace or cause to be replaced sur-
veyor's corner monuments on the Southeast and Southwest
corners of said lot.
(L) That the City of Anaheim shall have free right of in-
gress and egress to said property at all times for the
purposes herein mentioned.
re, and tie same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
i'ity of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One and no /100 ($1.00) Dollar.
