OF EACH OF THE CITIES AND SANITARY DISTRICTS
OF THE ORANGE COUNTY JOINT OUTFALL SEWER IN
THE EUCLID TRUNK SEWER LINE AND THE MAGNOLIA
TRUNK SEWER LINE, PUMPING PLANT AND FORCE
MAIN, AND AUTHORIZING TRANSFERS OF OWNERSHIP
WHERE REQUIRED, AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT.

WHEREAS, the Engineering Committee of the Orange County
Joint Outfall Sewer was heretofore authorized and directed to com-
pute and determine the percentages ownership, capacity rights
and the present value thereof of each of the Cities and Sanitary
Districts in the Euclid Trunk Sewer Line as such percentages of
ownership and capacity rights existed prior to the completion of
the Magnolia Trunk Sewer, and to compute and determine the owner-
ship and capacity rights which each of said Cities and Sanitary
Districts would have after the completion of said Magnolia Trunk
Sewer, and to determine the gain or less in ownership of each of
said Cities and Sanitary Districts in said Euclid Trunk Sewer re-
sulting from the completion of the Magnolia Trunk Sewer and the
transfer of ownership and pacity rights in said Euclid Trunk
Sewer; and
WHEREAS, the Magnolia Trunk Sewer, Pumping Plant and
Force Main has now been completed and is in use and operation,
and the final cost of construction thereof has been finally de-
termined; and
WHEREAS, said Engineering Committee has finally computed
and determined the percentages of ownership, capacity rights, and
the values thereof of said Cities and Sanitary Districts in each
section of the Euclid Trunk Sewer as they existed prior to the
completion of the Magnolia Trunk Sewer, Pumping Plant and Force
Main, and has determined the percentages of ownership and ca-
pacity rights of each of said Cities and Sanitary Districts in
each section of said Euclid Trunk Sewer after the completion of
the Magnolia Trunk Sewer, and determined the gain or loss in
ownership and capacity rights in said Euclid Trunk Sewer arising
by reason of the completion of said Magnolia Trunk Sewer, Pumping
Plant and Force Main, and the transfer of ownership and capacity
rights in said Euclid Trunk Sewer; and
WHEP7AS, resolutions have heretofore been passed and
adopted approving the final report of the Engineering Committee
determining the percentages of ownership and capacity rights,
and the present value thereof, of each of the Cities and Sanitary
Districts of the' Grange "aunty Joint Outfall Sewer in the Euclid
mrunk 98wzr 'Line, and determining the ownership and capacity
rights after completion of the Magnolia Trunk Sewer, Pumping Plant
and Force Main, and determining the gain or loss in ownership in
said Euclid Trunk Sewer Line; and
WHEREAS a Supplemental Agreement fixing and determining
the percentages of ownership and capacity rights of the Cities and
Sanitary Districts of the Orange County Joint Outfall Sewer in
said Euclid Trunk Sewer and the Magnolia Trunk Sewer Line,
Pumping Plant and Force Main, in accordance with said resolu-
tions, and fixing and determining the rights of said Cities and
Sanitary Districts in the operation and maintenance of said
lines, has been prepared, consisting of eighteen pages with
Exhibits A, B and 0, and copies of Pages 41, 41E, 1490 and 149D
of the Engineer's Report on the Magnolia Trunk Sewer and the
Orange County Joint Outfall Sewer attached thereto, a copy of
which agreement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk
of the City of Anaheim and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the
City of Anaheim does hereby find that said
agreement should be approved and executed by the Cities and
Sanitary Districts of the Orange County Joint Outfall Sewer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor
of the City of Anaheim that the
Supplemental Agreement, consisting of eighteen pages with
Exhibits A, B and 0, and copies of Pages 41, 41E, 149C and 149D
of the Engineer's Report on the Magnolia Trunk Sewer and the
Orange County Joint Outfall Sewer attached thereto, a copy of
which agreement is on file in the Office of the Citr Clerk
of the city of Anah im be and the same is here-
by approved, and that the M ayor and the City CZ ,rk
of the City of Anaheim be, and they are hereby,
authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on be-
half of the City of Anaheim
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me
