i RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCErTING A GRAFT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter ziescribed real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to sell
said hereinafter described real property to the City of Anaheim
for the sum of One and no /100 ($1.00) Dollar; and
1HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Ana-
heim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of EDMUND N DEMLER aid AGN:ES
M, DEMLER, husband and wife, to sell to the City of
Anaheim the following described real property situated in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, and more partic-
ularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes under, over
and across a parcel of land ten (10) feet in width
lying within Lot 14, of Golden State Tract No. 2,
as shown on a map thereof filed in Book L4., Page 68,
Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, the
center line of said ten -foot parcel being described
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the easterly property line
of Acacia Street and 150 feet southerly from the
center line of Burton Street extended; thence
Easterly 250 feet as measured at right angles to
the easterly line of said Acacia Street.
re, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
ity of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One and no /100 ($1.00) Dollar.
