A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter cescribed real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for p utility
purposes and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to sell
said hereinafter described real property to the City of Anaheim
for the sum of One and no /100 ($1.00) Dollar; and
'7HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Ana-
heim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of THE LUTHERN HOME
ASSOCIATION OF CALIFORNIA to sell to the City of
Anaheim the following described real property situated in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, and more partic-
ularly described as follows:
PARCEL 1. The Northerly twelve (12) feet and the
Westerly six (6) feet of Lot 17 of the Anaheim Investment
Company's Tract as shown on a Matt thereof filed in Book 7,
Pages 33 and 34, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County.
PARCEL 2. The Northerly twelve (12) feet and the
Easterly six (6) feet of Lot 18 of the Anaheim Investment
Company's Tract as shown on a Map thereof filed in Book 7,
Pages 33 and 34, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One and no /100 ($1.00) Dollar.
