1953-2274WHEREAS, the resignation of Robert H. Boney as
City Councilman created a vacancy upon the Executive Com-
mittee of the Orange County Joint Outfall Sewer; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that someone be appointed
and designated as a member of said Executive Committee to
represent the City of Anaheim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that L. N. Wisser be, and he is here-
by, selected and appointed as a member of the Executive Com-
mittee of the Orange County Joint Outfall Sewer to represent
the City of Anaheim, and that said appointment shall take
effect immediately; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be,
and he is hereby, authorized and directed to certify and
deliver a copy of this Resolution to the Secretary of the
Executive Committee of said Orange County Joint Outfall
Sewer.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 24th day of November, 1953.
