A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF
DEDICATION OF THE STREETS IN TRACT NO.
1364.
WHEREAS, the final map of Tract No. 1364 has been
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County,
California; and
WHEREAS, said tract and the streets shown upon said
map of said tract are within the City Limits of the City of
Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, there has been no acceptance heretofore of
the offer of dedication of said streets made by the record
owners of the land covered by said map; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that it would be
for the best interest and welfare of the City of Anaheim and
the citizens and residents thereof to accept the offer of
dedication of streets in said tract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the offer of the owners of record
of all right, title and interest in and to the land included
in Tract No. 1364, to dedicate for public use Wanda Drive and
East La Palma Avenue as shown upon the map of said Tract No.
1364, be and the same is hereby accepted by the City of
Anaheim and the above mentioned streets dedicated as public
streets.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by
me this 24th day of August 1953.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted at an adjourned regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Anaheim held on the 24th day of August, 1953, by the follow-
ing vote of the members thereof:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Pearson and Roney.
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor Pro tem of the City
