I am writing in support of the proposed Anaheim Hills Festival redevelopment project that the
Anaheim Planning Commission will consider on 11/17. The proposal is to develop a new multiple-
family apartment building to replace the existing movie theater which will then allow for a
reinvestment into upgrading the surrounding shopping center. That means a new look and feel to
Anaheim Hills Festival as well as opportunities for new retail and restaurants. The development of
the Center, especially the higher level, is something that has been needed for a long time. It will create
badly needed housing and resources for residents of AH as well as jobs. I have lived in AH for over 40
years and love it, and see the project as a wonderful step in the right direction for our community.
Please approve this project.
