1953-2141A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING SECTIONS 3(a), 3(b) and 13 OF RESOLUTION NO. 2056-A.
WFmRR .&S, the City Council finds that Sections 3(a), 3(b), and 13
of Resolution No. 2056-1 entitled "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
ESTABLISHING A BASIC COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CERTAIN CLASSES OF EMPLOYMENT
IN THE MUNICIPAL SERVICE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS
FOR THE PLACEMENT OF PRESENT EMPIDYNES WITHIN THE WAGE AND SALARY SCHH'DULES
PROVIDED; PROVIDING FOR PHYSICAL EXAMINATIONS, HOLIDAYS AND VACATIONS AND
REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 1984" should be amended as hereinafter provided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THIS CITY
OF ANAHEIM that Sections 3(a), 3(b) and 13 of said Resolution No. 2056-1
be amended as follows:
1. That the words "in next Lower Class" be eliminated from the
schedule heading of Section 3(a) of said Resolution No. 2056-A.
2. That between schedule numbers 22 and 23 there be inserted
the following heading:

5. That Section 13 be amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 13: ATTORNEY: In addition to compensation established
pursuant to Section 3 hereof, for extraordinary services such as appearance
in Superior Court, or commissions established by law, such sums as the City
Council may deem reasonable. Also, actual expenses necessary for clerical
help will be allowed."
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was approved and signed by me this
14th day of April, 1953.
