RESOLUTION NO. 2110
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING SALE OF
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY A ND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF A CONVEYANCE THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of the herein-
after described real property; and
WHEREAS, said real property is no longer needed for
8 municipal purposes; and
9 WHEREAS, DONALD R. BATES has made an offer to purchase
10 said real property for the sum of $8,400.00, payable $2,800.00 in
11 cash with the offer and the balance at the close of escrow; and
12 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
13 that it is for the benefit and best interests of the City of Anaheim
14 to accept said offer and sell and convey said real property to
15 said DONALD R. BATES upon the terms and conditions hereinafter
16 specified:

18 THE CITY OF ANAH'E'IM that the offer of DONALD R. BATES to purchase
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
the hereinafter described real property for the sum of Eight
Thousand Four Hundred and 00/100 Dollars
21 upon the following terms and conditions:

1 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk
8 of the City of Anaheim be, and they are hereby, authorized to
9 1 execute a good and sufficient deed conveying to said Donald R.

Book of Orange County Board of Supervisors,
of the Schaffer- Oswald Subdivision, all in
the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, as per map recorded in Book 7,
page 41 of Miscellaneous Maps, of said Orange
County, Described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the East line of
North Olive Street as described in deed to the
City of Anaheim, recorded February 2, 1926
in Book 625, page 367 of Deeds of said County,
Northerly 330.00 feet from its intersection
with the North line of La Palma Avenue as shown
on map of said Schaffer- Oswald Subdivision;
thence Northerly 240.00 feet along said East
line and the East line of North Olive Street,
as described in deed to the City of Anaheim,
recorded August 9, 1938 in Book 958, page 80
of Official Records of said County; to the
South line of Julianna Street as described in
Resolution No. 1614 dedicating streets for
public use, a certified copy of which was re-
corded June 23, 1948 in Book 1658, pages 176
to 179 inclusive of Official Records of said
County; thence Easterly along said. Southerly
line of Julianna Street 200.00 feet to the
Northwest corner of land described in deed
to George P. Crabill and wife, recorded July

a single man, recorded February 17, 1947 in
Book 1473, page 368 of Official Records of
said County; thence Westerly 200.00 feet on a
line parallel with said. La Palma Avenue to the
point of beginning.
SUBJECT TO a reservation of the use and
control of cienegas and natural streams of
water, if any, naturally upon, flowing across,
into or by said described tract, and the right

to certify a copy of this Resolution and cause the same to be de-
livered to the County R of Orange County, together with the
deed herein referred to, and said recorder is hereby authorized to
record said deed.
