1947-15651 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 2 3 4 5 RE SOLD TI ON NO./4 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA, ATJTRORIZIiG SALE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONVEYANCE THEREOF WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of the hereinafter described real property, and WHEREAS, said real property is no longer needed for municipal purposes, and WHEREAS, Sam Brody has made an offer to purchase said real property for the sum of One Thousand Six Hundred ($1,600.00) Dollars, and WHEREAS, the City Counoil of the City of Anaheim finds that it is for the benefit and beet interest of the City of Anaheim to accept said offer and sell and oonvey said real property to the said Sam Brody; NOW, THEREFORE, BE I T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM that the offer of One Thousand Six Hundred Dollar ($1,600.00) of Sam Brody for the purchase of the hereinafter described real property be accepted and the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim be and they are hereby authorized to exeoute and deliver to Sam Brody a good and sufficient deed oonve ing to him the following described real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly described as follows, to —wit: A tract of land in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, including a portion of the Sirk of the SZ* of Section 3, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S. B. B.
