RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF PROJECT STATEMENT NO. 29 FOR
ALLOCATION OF GAS TAX FUNDS ON STREETS OF MAJOR IMPORTANCE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that Project Statement No. 29, prepared by the City Engineer, be
adopted as the budget of proposed expenditure of the 1/4 cent gas
tax allocated for streets of major importance in said city for the
fiscal year ending June 30, 1948, and that the Mayor and City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to sign the same on
behalf of the city.
Adopted this 8th day of July, 1947.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly passed by the City Council of the City of Anaheim at
a regular meeting thereof held July 8, 1947.
