METERS FOR THE PURPOSE OF OFF- STREET PARuTN(

WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore pvrcha.sed
installed parking meters upon and along certain streets in the
City of Anaheim an said parking meters are now in operation, mid
WHEREAS, e certain Portion of the revenue derived from said
parking meters :t.s required to ray for said meters, and the remain
ing revenue derived therefrom is available for the use of the
City of -w purposes, and
TFPR AS the City Council finds that it would be to the
advantage and best interests the City of Anaheim to Coutre

NOT, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEI.7 that all. the net revenue derived from the mainten-
ance and operation of parking meters installed, maintained and
operated in the City of Anaheim remaining after the amount
reouired for the completion of the payment of the purchase price
of said meters and the ^dequa.te and nro3Der maintenance nd opera
ti.on of saia meters shall be used to pay the share of the City
of Anaheim of the purchase price and improvement of real_ property
