NO. /144.
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DECLARING
NO OBJECTION TO THE TAX COLLECTOR OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA,
PROCEEDING WITH THE SALE OF TAX DEEDED PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the Tax Collector of Orange County, California
has notified the City of Anaheim, a taxing agency, of his inten-
tion to sell certain tax- deeded property situated within the
said City of Anaheim, described as Lot 11, in Block "A ", in
Tract No. 423, upon which property said City of Anaheim, has and
does levy taxes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that said City of Anaheim has no objection to
such sale, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that certified copies of this
resolution be filed with the Tax Collector and the Board of
Supervisors of Orange County, California.
