RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM that the rates to be charged for private
fire lines of the City of Anaheim be and the same
are hereby fixed as follows, said rates to become
effective on the o2� day of ,
1939.
RATES FOR PRIVATE FIRE LINES
For private fire lines used exclusively for fire pro-
tection, whether said lines be connected with automatic
sprinkling system or to hose attachments.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
(a) In addition to the above charges, the industrial
rate in force in the City of Anaheim shall be char-
ged for all water used through such fire service
connection for any purpose other than the exting-
uishing of fires.
(b) All consumers served under the above rates shall
pay the cost of the installation, including a
proportional meter or a detector check meter, as
may be determined by the Public Service Department.
Costs shall include all charges for labor, material,
transportation and the proper proportion of the
overhead and administration costs of the Department.
The foregoing resolution was signed and approved by me
this day of 1939.
