THAT THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZE AND APPROVE
THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT, PROVIDING FOR INSTALL—
ATION OF TELEPHONE LINE FOR REMOTE CONTROL RADIO
BROADCASTING.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim, that the City of Anaheim enter into an agreement
providing for the rental of radio telephone operation
channel extending between Anaheim and. Santa Ana to be
furnished the City of Anaheim (Police Department) by the
Southern California Telephone Company.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk of the City of Anaheim be, and they are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into and execute for and
on behalf of the City of Anaheim, an AGREEMENT with said
Southern California Telephone Company upon the terms and
conditions specified in said agreement.
Upon roll call the foregoing resolution was passed and
adopted by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen, Mann, Pearson, Yungbluth, Martenet Jr.
and Sheridan.
NOES: Councilmen, None.
ABSENT AND NOT VOTING: Councilmen, None.
