RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED
FOR EXTENDING NORTH OLIVE STREET
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of .Anaheim that
that certain easement deed dated Ma.y 17, 1.939, wherein Community
Industrial band Company Inc., a, corporation, grants an easement
for street purposes over and across portions of Lots 29 and 29,
Schaffer - Oswald Subdivision in the City of .Anaheim, for the
extension of North Olive Street, be and the same is hereby ap-
proved and accepted by said city.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim at an adjourned regular meeting held on the
17th day of May, 1939, by the following vote:
AXES: Councilmen: MANN YUN MARTENET,J ,
AND S
NOES: Councilmen: NO
ABSENT AND NOT VOTING: Councilmen: NONE_,
and was approved and signed on said date.
