RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO vALL FOR
PROPOSALS FOR CITY ADVERTISING.
111 RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM that the City
2 Clerk be and he is hereby authorized and directed to publish a
3 notice by two (2) insertions in the Anaheim Gazette, a weekly
4 newspaper published and circulated in the City of Anaheim, which
5 first notice shall be published and circulated at least ten days
6 (10) prior to the 10th day of tray, 1935, which notice shall call
7 for sealed proposals for furnishing advertising for the City of
8 Anaheim for the year commencing May 24th, 1935, and ending on
9 May 24th, 1939; said advertising to conform to the specifications
10 for advertising for the City of Anaheim, Series of 1933, which
11 are on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim
12 Said proposals to be received as follows:
13 FIRST: For all advertising to be done by said City, required by
14 law to be published in a daily newspaper published in said City;
15 SECOND: For all advertising not required by lal- to be published
16 in daily newspaper.
17 THIRD: FOR ALL ADVER.TISING not required by law to be printed in
18 a daily newspaper, but required by law to be printed in each issue
19 for a definite period of time; said proposals to be received at
20 the office of the City Clerk up to eight o'clock P.M., of Tuesday,
21 the 10th day of May, 1 93 9 -
22 The foregoing resolution is approved and signed by me this 26th

day of April, 1938.
