1 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM

4 II BE IT RESOLVED
5 By the City Council of the City of Anaheim that all
6 bids relating to disintegrated granite, received on the 28th day
7 of December, 1937, be and the same are hereby rejected.
8 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED
9 THAT the City Council of the City of Anaheim does here'
10 declare and determine that, in its opinion, the said granite can
11 be furnished to the City of Anaheim at a lower price in the open
12 market.
