RESOLUTION
5+hereas the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
examined all accounts in connection with the rebuiding by the
City of Anaheim of the Anaheim electric Distribution System
under P.W.A. Docket 42659, and find that all labor and all
materials used in said project and all workmans compensation
insurance covering workmen engaged on said project, has been
paid,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that all accounts for labor and materials and
for workmans compensation on P.W.A. Job, Docket P2659, for the
rebuilding Anaheim Electric Distribution System is paid.
The foregoing resolution is signed, approved and attested
by me this 9th day of October, 1934.
