Good afternoon,
I’m sending this email in strong opposition to the proposed project at 601-623 S Anaheim Blvd.
I live directly adjacent to this property at and have been there over 10 years.
I’m also a long time city employee and lifelong Anaheim resident.
After looking at the plans, I can see that access to our garages will be significantly affected, with only
a narrow alley to get in and out.
To make things worse, the new development will also be using this alley which will lead to congestion
issues.
My neighbors and I agree that the proposed project will dramatically change the neighborhood and
would prefer to see the city lean toward preservation and re-use of existing buildings like they’ve
done with other properties along Anaheim Blvd.
We have more than enough condos in this area already and would love to have new businesses move
in.
Please take this into consideration when voting for this project and understand that my neighbors and
I are the ones who will have to live with the increased congestion and parking issues that will result
from it
