Hello, I am a current waiting list member for affordable housing and I live with my Mom off
water and Illinois very close to this location. Please let me know what I need to do to be an
applicant as I have been trying for 3 years now to find a home.

I am a disabled civil servant, non veteran 100 % disabled with income, above poverty level.
Please help me, I have contacted 211. I tried to get the referral from the PLUMH referral
program. However my stay at the bridges shelter in 2024 was harrowing and horribly unsafe.
