ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING
OCTOBER 3, 2006
The Anaheim Redevelopment Agency met in regular session in the Chambers of Anaheim
City Hall located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
Present: Chairman Curt Pringle, Agency Members: Richard Chavez, Lorri Galloway, Bob
Hernandez, and Harry Sidhu.
Staff Present: City Manager Dave Morgan, City Attorney Jack White, and Secretary
Sheryll Schroeder.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted
on September 29, 2006 on the City Hall kiosk.
At 5:36 P.M., Chairman Pringle called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency to order for a joint public comment session with the City Council.
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: Item NO.2 withdrawn from the agenda by
staff.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: No comments offered during the Joint Agency/Council public
comment session related to the Redevelopment Agency agenda.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Agency Member Chavez moved to approve the remaining consent calendar Items 1 and
3, seconded by Agency Member Sidhu. Roll Call vote: Ayes - 5; Chairman Pringle,
Agency Members: Chavez, Galloway, Hernandez, and Sidhu. Noes - O. Motion carried.
1. Approve the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Mainline Rail Corridor Traffic Safety
4212 Improvements Cooperation Agreement by and between the City of Anaheim, City
of Placentia and the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency and authorize the Executive
Director to execute all documents necessary or convenient to give effect to the
agreement. (See Council Item No.5)
2. Approve a loan of up to $850,000 in EPA Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund
4006 program funds to SADI, LLC to be used at the Elm Street Commons housing site,
and authorize the Executive Director to enter into a Loan Agreement by and
between the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency and SADI in a form acceptable to
EPA and the City Attorney.
Item No. 2 withdrawn from the agenda by staff; no action taken.
3. Approve the regular meeting minutes dated September 12, 2006.
