I am writing to express my concern that Anaheim is considering a Prohousing Designation application
and am hoping Anaheim will either oppose this or withdraw the application.
The main concern is the way it seems to take away local control over housing and could limit the city's
ability to respond to local problems across the whole city.
Anaheim is a large city with different neighborhoods which have different needs in respect to traffic,
parking, the unhoused, and public safety which the city should be able to decide themselves.
Hoping you will see the need to not go ahead with this designation as it affects each district in our city.
