Subject:\[EXTERNAL\] JULY 4, 2026 FAILURE TO KEEP OUR CITY SAFE: RESIGNATIONS NOW!
Warning: This email originated from outside the City of Anaheim. Do not click links or open

I respectfully request the immediate resignations of the following CITY OF ANAHEIM employees for
failure to not only keep our community safe over the 4th of July weekend 2026, but approved BLOCK
PARTY street closures which became a social media swarm of outsiders, illegal fireworks, pop-up food
vendors, ice cream trucks, and push cart food vendors while some used their large trucks to further
block the city of Anaheim barricades. Parked outside of our tract in an emergency zone for an entire
week leading up to the 4th: A TOUR BUS! Furthermore, others did the same on other streets using their
vehicles to illegally block off the city streets. Calls to Anaheim Police: either they didn't show up or they
and their drones saw nothing in my war-torn, Beruit style neighborhood. ALL BLOCK PARTY STREET
CLOSURES PERMITS NEED TO BE BANNED IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM just like Buena Park has done for
this very reason. Early indications from the Traffic Engineering Head states our taxpayer money will be
wasted to come up with better ways to continue approving block party permits for
2027! WHAT??? Anaheim Police already wasted our money on drones and we STILL got a war zone on
the 4th with zero help from APD. If the City of Anaheim has not banned block party permitting by
November 30, 2026, expect a class-action lawsuit to prevent it from happening in 2027 and
thereafter. And those in the know, know this story goes waaaaaay deeper than what I am writing
here. Have we NOT LEARNED from the murder of little JASMINE NGUYEN last year? Have we not learned
from the Anaheim teen that blew off both of his hands this past 4th of July? Have we not learned from a
man who was cleaning up the beach after July 4, 2026 only to get his hand blown off too by an IED that
had been planted on the beach?
Rudy Emami states in a podcast that current councilwoman NATALIE MEEKS taught him everything she
knows when he once reported to her. Interesting. So Meeks' area in Anaheim Hills has zero tolerance for
ANY fireworks so is that the idea...ship all of these folks to West Anaheim to blow up District 1? And
where was Balius? Far away at his home in Lake Havasu? Absolutely PATHETIC!
WHERE WERE THESE FOUR GENTLEMEN on JULY 4, 2026? I request all four submit their resignations
IMMEDIATLEY because wirh a Star List like these four, I'm sure my neighborhood will be entirely blown up
next year!
BAN SAFE & SANE firworks too! A Sparkler that a child holds burns at 2000 degrees!
RESIGN NOW:
Anaheim Police Chief MANNY CID
Anaheim Fire Chief PAT RUSSELL
Anaheim Temp city manager GREG GARCIA

Anaheim Public Works director RUDY EMAMI

Subject:\[EXTERNAL\] IN SUPPORT: Heather Allen needing more Code Enforcement Officers

IN SUPPORT: Heather Allen needing more Code Enforcement Officers and a half of a
city attorney.
The budget for Code Enforcement needs to be increased dramatically!!! I personally see
more Code Enforcement officers working their tails off and see APD doing
nothing. Therefore, we need to take MAJOR AMOUNTS OF FUNDS from APD and allocate
them to Code Enforcement to hire more CE officers and retain not one half of a city
attorney, but one whole city attorney.
Thank you, Ms. Heather Allen for bringing this to the Public's attention at the last city
council meeting. We appreciate all that you do and know fully well you are in need of
additional employees and attorneys to take care of our city.
