Subject:\[EXTERNAL\] PROPOSED TAX & ANOTHER COMMENT

Dear City Council – I am indeed happy to hear the proposed tax to ride share in the
Resort Area will not be on ballot – I do think – even though this was proposed for
potential tourists, many Anaheim residents also use this service in this area & quite
honestly, I feel Anaheim residents are tired of the City’s proposed taxes in order to
make up for their over-spending.
The City could make up their deficit in a week if they posted a traffic policeman on
Orange Ave/Agate/Nutwood St. (Anaheim 92804) streets at anytime – this street is
now like the speedway in Fontana & very few cars even stop at the stop sign anymore
! The revenue from tickets would be staggering & make up your deficit in no time!(I
am serious!)
Also – giving out fines from fireworks seems to work for other cities – another source
of revenue.
