Request the immediate removal of both
GRACE RUIZ-STEPTER and SANDRA
LOZEAU for the many, many years of
accepting state and federal funding while
doing NOTHING to assist the homeless
individuals which remain on our streets,
including the mass majority being senior
citizens at Knott/Ball 92804, 135 S
Knott Ave, 92804 and the Disneyland
Resort areas.
I also request the defunding of programs
which are milking our tax dollars as well as
state and federal funds: The Anaheim Police
'HALO' team, CityNet, and all other
organizations affiliated with Anaheim's
"homeless outreach team" which is a total
SCAM!
