Do not click links or open a?achments unless you recognize the sender and are expec?ng the message. His is a list of my concerns that I feel should be addressed in the EIR. Traffic is already congested in this area and do you think that adding a conserva?ve es?mate of 1500 autos added to this area is going to add to the quality of life not to men?on the extra air pollu?on. Study should also include La Palma on the Yorba Linda side of the freeway due to the fact we share 2 exit routes. Also Seranno flows must be included. The know your way evacua?on plan is very flawed. Looks good on paper but when people see fire and smoke they are not going to wait for their area to be evacuated. That is when the herd mentality kicks in and we all get the hell out. Saw that in the last 2 fire events. Unfortunately for me the traffic was so bad that I couldn’t get out of my neighborhood. Went back home and started thinking structure protec?on. In Deer canyon so much hillside will have to be removed to accommodate the builders plan i fear that will compromise the integrity of the hill holding the power lines on one side and homes on the other side. When not if the next big earthquake hits large retaining walls will be no match for Mother Nature. Power lines coming down would not be a good thing. That cuts off many emergency services. Final thoughts for deer canyon and the fes?val project are that they are a bad idea and should be stopped or scaled back considerably. Let’s not even bring up the cost or availability of fire insurance for these new structures. Thank you. Rich Fagner 7944 E . Altair ln Anaheim 92808. Janrich3963@sbcglobal.net Sent from my iPad 1
