A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY FINDING AND
DETERMINING THE PUBLIC INTEREST AND NECESSITY TO CONDEMN
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY INTERESTS IN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM. CALIFORNIA
It is hereby found, determined and resolved by the Anaheim Housing
Authority ("Authority") by a vote of not less than two-thirds of its members, as
follows:
SECTION 1: The acquisition of certain real property interests in property
located on Bywood street and described as a 10 foot strip of land locate between
719 and 723 W. Bywood Street in the City of Anaheim, is necessary, for the
following public use: Low and Moderate income housing.
The Authority is authorized to acquire the herein described real property
interest pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 34315(D) & 34325, California
Constitution Article 1, Section 19.
SECTION 2: That the real property interest, which is required for the
purposes referenced herein, is situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, and is more specifically outlined in the legal description and map
attached hereto as Exhibits "A" and "B" respectively, and are incorporated herein
by this reference.
SECTION 3: On the basis of the information contained in the report to the
Authority dated September 23, 1997, which is incorporated herein by this
reference, and all other evidence and testimony presented to the Authority either
