A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 63&-777
IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 62 -63 -112
BY CORRECTING THE DESCRIPTION OF THE REAL
PROPERTY CONTAINED THEREIN.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did
heretofore, to wit, on October 1, 1963 adopt Resolution No.
63R -777 in Reclassification Proceedings No. 62 -63 -112 finding
and determining that the property and area therein described
should be changed from R -A, Residential- Agricultural Zone to
R -3, Multiple Family Residential Zone, subject to certain con-
ditions therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that a portion of
Parcel 1 of the real property described in said Resolution No.
63R -777 is being reclassified in Reclassification Proceedings
No. 64 -65 -28 filed subsequent to the petition for Reclassifi-
cation No. 62 -63 -112, and that said portion of Parcel 1 covered
by Reclassification No. 64 -65 -28 should, therefore, be deleted
from Resolution No. 63R-777; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an
ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of zone
and completing said reclassification proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 63R -777 in Reclassi-
fication Proceedings No. 62 -63 -112 be and the same is hereby
amended by correcting the description of Parcel 1 of the real
property contained therein to read as follows:
PARCEL 1:
Commencing at a point on the North line of Block G
of the Kraemer Tract, as shown on a map recorded in
Book 12, pages 87 and 88 of Miscellaneous Records of
Los Angeles County, California, South 67 East 1867.4
feet from a stone at the Northwest corner of said
Block G thence South 87 East 811 feet; thence
South 7 East 955 feet, more or less, to a point on
the South boundary of said Block G; thence South 73 32'
West 811 feet; thence North 7 West 1227 feet, more or
less, to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion of Block G of the
Kraemer Tract as shown on a map recorded in Book 12,
pages 87 and 88 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
County, California, described as follows: Beginning
at a point on the Southerly boundary of said Lot G,
said point being the intersection of Orangethorpe Avenue
and Dowling Avenue; thence, North 73 32' 00` East 242
feet, more or less, to a line perpendicular to the
South line of said Lot G and 203 feet distant from the
proposed realignment of Dowling Avenue; thence,

North 16 28' 00" West 203.00 feet; thence, parallel
with the South line of said Lot G, South 73 32' 00"
West 209 feet, more or less to the center line of
Dowling Street; thence, along said center line,
South 7 East 207 feet to the point of beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects,
except as amended by Resolution No. 64R -431, said Resolution No.
63R -777 be, and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 12th day of January, 1965.
