A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utilit ur oses

WHEREAS, the owner of said property has
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council cf the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Northerly 53.00 feet as measured at
right angles from the center line of Ball Road, of the
following described parcel of land:
Lots 13 and 14 of the P. A. Stanton Tract, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 5, pages 23 and 24 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.
For the purpose of the above description, the center line
of Ball Road is assumed to be the Northerly line of the
above described property.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property
BE a FURTHER. RESOLVE) that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1_00).
