A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utili purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council cf the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of BEULAH VAN HOLST PELLEKAAN
WATSON, who acquired title as Beulah Van Holst Pellekaan, a
married woman.

An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Easterly 45.00 feet
of the East 112 feet of the East 4 acres of the
North 10 acres of the East 13 acres of the North
18 acres of the East 30 acres of the Northeast
quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 13,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho
Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County.
Excepting therefrom the South 296 feet thereof.
Also excepting therefrom that portion conveyed
to the State of California by deed recorded
September 13, 1957 in Book 4034, page 545 of
Official Records.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
