RESOLUTION NO. 64R- 957
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CONSENTING TO THE CON-
STRUCTION OF SERVICE CONNECTION OC -49
ON THE SANTIAGO LATERAL.
WHEREAS, Orange County Municipal Water District and
the City of Anaheim entered into a contract on Novenb er 27,
1964 with reference to the construction of a service connection
on the Santiago Lateral of the Metropolitan Water District, and
the securing of water by Orange County Municipal Water District
for the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 6596 of the Metropolitan
Water District of Southern California, Paragraph 8 `e" thereof,
provides that the authorization to construct the said service
connection in the manner and subject to the terms and conditions
as set forth in said resolution shall not become effective
until the City of Anaheim consents to the construction of the
service connection pursuant to contractual arrangements between
the Orange County Municipal Water District and The Metropolitan
Water District of Southern California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 22nd day of December, 1964.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the City of Anaheim does hereby
consent to the construction of said service connection pursuant
to contractual arrangements between Orange County Municipal
Water District and The Metropolitan Water District of Southern
California.
