A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit! An easement for public

WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW,

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Ore,
State of California, to be used for an easement for public
utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under and across
those portions of Tract 5053 as shown on a Map recorded in Book
183, pages 34 to 38, inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County, described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: A strip of land 10.00 feet in width, lying 5.00
feet on each side of the following described centerline: Be-
ginning at the point on the Easterly line of Lot 97 of said
tract, distant North 0 00' 19" East 8.45 feet from the Southeast
corner of said lot; thence South 79 01' 06" West 88.94 feet to
a point hereinafter referred to as Point "A said Point "A"
being located 9.00 feet Southerly and 4.00 feet Easterly, both
measured at right angles from the Northerly and Westerly lines
respectively of Lot 98 of said tract; thence South 71° 45' 05"
West 62.77 feet to a point hereinafter referred to as Point
"B said Point "B" being located 2.00 feet Southerly, measured
at right angles from the Northerly line of Lot 105 of said tract,
and 12.00 feet Easterly, measured at right angles from the
Southerly prolongation of the Westerly line of Lot 96 of said
tract; thence North 89 07' 54" West 319.94 feet to a point here-
inafter referred to as Point "C" being located 10.00 feet South-
erly and 1.50 feet Westerly, both measured at right angles, from
the Northerly and Easterly lines respectively of Lot 104 of said
tract; thence North 77 41' 33" West 122.96 feet to the point on
the Westerly line of Lot 90 of said tract, distant Northerly
15.52 feet from the Southwest corner thereof, and the Westerly
terminus of this 'easement. The side lines of this easement are
prolonged or shortened to terminate on the Easterly line of said
Lot 97 and on the Westerly line of said Lot 90.

1.50 teet on each side of the following described
centerline: Beginning at Point "A above described;
thence North 14 36' 54" West 10.00 feet.
PARCEL THREE: A strip of land 3.00 feet in width lying
1.50 feet on each side of the following described
centerline: Beginning at Point "B" above described;
thence South 8 41' 25" East 15.00 feet.
PARCEL FOUR.: A strip of land 3.00 feet in width lying
1.50 feet on each side of the following described
centerline: Beginning at Point "C" above described;
thence South 0 23' 06" West 15.00 feet.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 22nd day of December 19 64
