A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and

WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of DAVID CORDERMAN and LOUISE
B. CORDERMAN, husband and wife; PETE HILTSCHER and ELLA HILTSCHER,

State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as use
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across those portions of Lots 9 and 10 of the Miles Rancho,
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as
per Map recorded in Book 4, page 7 of Miscellaneous Maps, re-
cords of Orange County, California, described as follows:
Commencing at the center line intersection of West Street and
La Palma Avenue as shown on a map of Record of Survey 26 -5,
recorded January 5, 1953, records of Orange County, Cali-
fornia; thence North 0 29' 10" West along the center line
of West Street, a distance of 53.00 feet; thence North 89
42' 00" East 321.83 feet to the true point of beginning, said
point of beginning being the beginning of a tangent curve
concave to the Northwest, having a radius of 15.00 feet;
thence Northeasterly along said tangent curve through a
central angle of 90 06' 00" an arc distance of 23.58 feet;
thence North 0 24' 00" West, a distance of 423.92 feet to
the beginning of a tangent curve concave to the Southeast
having a radius of 50.00 feet; thence Northeasterly along
said tangent curve through a central angle of 233 07' 48"
an arc distance of 203.44 feet to the beginning of a reverse
curve concave to the Southeast having a radius of 50.00 feet;
a radial line bearing North 37° 16' 12" West, passes through
the point of beginning of said reverse curve; thence South-
westerly and Southeasterly along said reverse curve through
a central angle of 53 07' 48" an arc distance of 46.36 feet;
thence South 0 24' 00" East, a distance of 344.08 feet to
the beginning of a tangent curve concave Northeasterly, having
a radius of 15.00 feet; thence Southeasterly along said tangent
curve through a central angle of 89 54' 00" an arc distance
of 23.54 feet; thence South 89 42' 00" West to the true point
of beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
