PROGRAM THE DEVELOPMENT OF HASTER STREET
TATEREPLS, Haster Street is an important
artery in the Court- of Crarge ,rd cf geoerel County interest; and
WHEREAS, Article L ard Article 3, Chapter 9, Division 2
of the Streets acrd Highways Code authorizes a County, if it so
desires, to expend funds apportioned to it out of the California
Highway Users Tax Fund for aid to ry City in the improvement,
constructich or repair of .6 street within a City; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors intends to, by appro-
priate action, provide in the County' Budget of the Special Road
Improvement Fund for the Fiscal 's'ear '1965 a sum of
money for the improvement of streets witbit the ircorporated
cities of the County in accorderce it tie Or„inge County Arterial
Highway FinaorIcing Program.
.N0W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Araheim that the City of Anah.eim ttereby requests the Board
of Supervisors of the Cot_ of Orarge to allocate to said City
from County Funds the amolLnt of gl 000.00

RE IT P7RTfiER RESOLVED that, by this resolution, the City
of Anaheim agrees with the basic conoepts of the Arterial Higiways
Financing Program; ard further agrees that its share of the cost
of improvements and rights of way will be available for the fiscal
year 1965
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, nd she is
hereby authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this
resolution to the Board of Supervisors of Orar,ge County, Califor-
nia, and a certified copy to the County Surveyor and Road Commis-
sioner, 400 West 8th Street, Sart& ALa, Chliforria.
