IT RESOLVED by the Ci by 0 uncil of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
The City Attorney of the City of Anaheim is hereby
authorized and instructed to execute Escrow Instructions and
Closing Agenda relating to the closing of the transaction con-
templated by an Agreement, dated for convenience as of October
1964, between the City of Anaheim and City of Anaheim
(California Stadium, Inc., and to take any and all action
and to do any and all things necessary or required in his
opinion to carry out and perform the terms and conditions of
said Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of December, 1964,
by the following vote:

said resolution is duly entered of record in the minutes, that

that said resolution has not been amended, modified or rescinded
since the date of its adoption and that the same is now in full
force and effect.
