A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City .Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of GERTRUDE M. EGGLESTON
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of Lot 2 in Block K
of the Kraemer Tract, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 12, pages 87 and 88 of Miscellaneous Records
of Los Angeles County, California, described as
follows:
Beginning at the center line intersection of Miraloma
Avenue, formerly Anaheim Road, and Miller Street;
thence Westerly along the center line of said Miraloma
Avenue, 165 feet, said center line also being the
Southerly line of said Lot 2; thence Northerly,
parallel to the Easterly line of said Lot 2, 45
feet; thence Easterly, parallel to the Southerly
line of said Lot 2, a distance of 95.06 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave Northwesterly
and having a radius of 25 feet; thence Easterly and
Northerly along said curve through a central angle
of 89 56' 56 an arc distance of 39.25 feet to a
point in a line that is parallel with and distant
45 feet Westerly of the center line of Miller
Street; thence Northerly along said parallel line
a distance of 460.04 feet; thence Easterly at right
angles from said parallel line to a point in the center
line of Miller Street; said point being Northerly 529.98
feet from the point of beginning; thence Southerly along
the center line of Miller Street, 529.98 feet to the
point of beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE ir FURTHER RESOLVF_D that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE YOREOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
