A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE'CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of FIRST AMERICAN TITLE
TNSITRANCE AND TRUST COMPANY, a California corporation,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
Pahlic utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement over the real property located in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under, along and across that portion of the Southwest
quarter of Section 7, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Southwest
quarter of said Section 7, said corner (for the pur-
pose of this description) being the intersection of the
center lines of Crescent Avenue and Gilbert Street,
thence South 88 55' 35" West a distance of 1320.86
feet along the North line of said Section 7 to the point
of intersection with the Northerly prolongation of the
East line of Tract 2451, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 189, pages 36 and 37 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County; thence South 0 21' 45" East
along said prolongation and a portion of the East line
of said Tract 2451 a distance of 59.15 feet; thence
North 88 55' 35" East to a point in a line which is
perpendicular to and distant 55.50 feet Easterly
from the East line of said Tract 2451; said point also
being the point of beginning of a tangent curve concave
Southeasterly and having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence North-
erly and Easterly along said curve through a central angle

of 89 17' 20" an arc distance of 23.38 feet to a point
in a line parallel with and 45.00 feet Southerly, measured
at right angles from the center line of said Crescent
Avenue; thence continuing along said parallel line North
88 55' 35" East a distance of 1203.38 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave Southwesterly and
having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence Easterly and South-
erly along said curve through a central angle of 90
41' 40" an arc distance of 23.74 feet to a point in a
line which is parallel with; and 32.00 feet Westerly
(measured at right angles from be center line of said
Gilbert Street); thence continuing along said parallel line
South 0 22' 45" East a distance of 498.84 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave Northwesterly and
having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence Southerly and West-
erly along said curve through a central angle of 89 17'
56" an arc distance of 23.39 feet to a point in a line
that bears South 88 55' 11" West; thence continuing
along said line a distance of 662.92 feet to the begin-
ning of a curve concave Southeasterly and having a
radius of 1295.0 feet, a radial line passing through the
point of beginning of said curve bears North 1 04' 49"
West; thence Westerly and Southerly along said curve
through a central angle of 9 20' 17" an arc distance
of 211.06 feet; thence along a line bearing South 79
34' 54" West a distance of 50.00 feet to the beginning
of a curve concave Northwesterly and having a radius of
715 feet, a radial line passing through the point of
beginning of said curve bears North 10 25' 06" West;
thence Southerly and Westerly along said curve through
a central angle of 9 21' 11" an arc distance of 116.72
feet; thence South 88 56' 05" West a distance of 165.37
feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave North-
easterly and having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence West-
erly and Northerly through a central angle of 90 42' 10"
an arc distance of 23.75 feet to an intersection with a
line parallel with and 55.50 feet Easterly as measured
at right angles from the East line of aforementioned
Tract 2451; thence along said parallel line North 0
21' 45" West a distance of 533.69 feet; thence South
88 55' 35" West a distance of 55.50 feet to the East
line of said Tract 2451; thence South 0 21' 45" East
along a portion of the East line of said Tract 2451, a
distance of 605.03 feet; thence North 88 56' 05"
East a distance of 320.90 feet to the beginning of a
curve concave Southeasterly and having a radius of 1239.50
feet, a radial line bears North 14 40' 59" West and
passes through the point of beginning of said curve;
thence along said curve through a central angle of 13
36' 10" an arc distance of 294.27 feet; thence North 88
55' 11" East tangent to said curve a distance of 709.06
feet to the center line of Gilbert Street; thence North
0 22' 45" West along the center line of Gilbert Street
629.34 feet to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
