A RESOLUTION OF THD CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALT. PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
449 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. o3R NULL
AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on August 27, 1963, acopt Resolution No. 63R-714 granting
Conditional Use Permit No. 449 permitting a waiver of the
one story height limitation and construction of a one and
two-story, multiple-family planned residential development,
with carports, on the property described in said resolution,
subject to certain conditions therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that Condi-
tional Use Permit No. 449 has been superseded by Conditional
Use Permit No. o43 which was granted on subject property,
and that all proceedings in connection with Conditional
Use Permit No. 449 should, therefore, be terminated and
Resolution No. 63R-714 granting said permit declared
null and void.
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by une City Council
of the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection
with Conditional Use Lermit No. 449 be, and the same are
hereby terminated, and that Resolution No. 63R-714 be, and
the same is hereby declared to be null and void from and
after this date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved
by me this 1st day of December, 19
