A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
63R -713 IN RECLASSIFICATION NO. 63 -64 -5.
WHEREAS, the City Council did, heretofore, to wit, on
August 27, 1963, adopt Resolution No. 63R -713 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. 63 -64 -5 finding and determining that the property
and area therein described should be changed from M -1, LIGHT
INDUSTRIAL ZONE to R -3, MULTIPLE- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, subject
to certain conditions set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, revised plans for the development of subject
property have been submitted to the City Council, and a request
has been made for the termination of Conditional Use Permit No.
449, the granting of which is a requirement, upon which the
completion of these reclassification proceedings is contingent;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Resolution
No. 63R -713 should, therefore, be amended by deleting therefrom
Condition No. 5, by amending Condition No. 6, and by adding
thereto Condition No. 7, as more particularly hereinafter set
forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an
ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of zone
and completing said reclassification proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 63R -713 in Reclassi-
fication Proceedings No. 63 -64 -5 be, and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
(a) That Condition No. 5 of said resolution be and
the same is hereby deleted.
(b) That Condition No. 6 of said resolution be, and
the same is hereby amended to read:
"6. That the completion of these reclassification
proceedings is contingent upon the granting
of Conditional Use Permit No. 643."
(c) That an additional condition, to be numbered 7, be
and the same is hereby added to said resolution,
which shall read as follows:
"7. That subject property shall be developed
substantially in accordance with revised
plans on file with the City of Anaheim,
marked Exhibits Nos. 1 through 5, Revision
No. 2."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 63R -713 be, and remain in full force and
effect.
