A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE'CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR SEWER LINE
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for sewer .line
purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of AUBREY ANDERSON and
ELIZABETH ANDERSON, husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for sewer line
purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for the installation of a sewer
line under and across the Northerly 10.00
feet of the Southerly 50.00 feet of the
following described parcel of land:
The East half of the West half of the
Southwest quarter of the Southwest
quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South,
Range 11 West, S.B.B. M. in the Rancho
Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 51, Page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Easterly 15.00
feet thereof.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 1st day of December 1964
