64-862WHEREAS, on June 2, 1964, in consolidation with the
State Primary Election, a Special Municipal Election was held
in the City of Anaheim with reference to the ratification and
adoption of a City Charter; and
WHEREAS, the County Clerk has furnished the City
Council with tallies in connection with said Special Municipal
Election and the City Council has at its regular session this
date canvassed said ballots.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it declare, and it does hereby
declare, the results of the Special Municipal Election with
reference to the ratification and adoption of a City Charter
to be as follows:
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 24th day of November, 1964.
