A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE'CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for drainage
purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ANAHEIM GARDENS, a Limited
Partnership,

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for drainage
purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for drainage purposes over, under and across a
strip of land 10.00 feet in width, in the North half of the
Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 24,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of said Orange County, the center
line of said strip being described as follows:
Commencing at a $oint on the center line of Ball Road,
distant South 89 21' 25" West 817.50 feet along said center
line from the Easterly line of the Northwest quarter of
the Northeast quarter of said Section; thence South 0 25'
02" East 490.00 feet to the radius point of a curve concave
Northerly and having a radius of 50.00 feet; thence South
28 11' 16" East 50.00 feet to the arc of said curve and
the true point of beginning of the parcel of land to be
described herein; thence continuing South 28 11' 16"
East 91.35 feet; thence South 0 25' 02" East 40.00 feet;
thence parallel to the Southerly line of said North half
of the Northwest cuarter of the Northeast quarter South 89
22' 28" West 45.46 feet; thence South 0 25' 02" East 5.00
feet to a point on said Southerly line distant North 89
22' 28" East 2.00 feet from the Northwest corner of Lot
103 in Tract No. 2654, as shown on a Map recorded in Book
90, page 48 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California.
The sidelines of said strip shall terminate Northwesterly
on the arc of said curve having a radius of 50.00 feet.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 17th day of November 1964
