A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 63R -799
GRANTING VARIANCE NO. 1602.
WHEREAS., the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on October 1, 1963, adopt Resolution No. 63R -799 granting
Variance No. 1602 permitting a waiver of the two and one
half story height limitation and a waiver of the minimum off
street parking space requirement on the property therein
described, as well as a waiver of the block wall or solid
fence requirement along the south property line abutting R -A
Zone property, subject to certain conditions set forth in
said resolution; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 3 of Resolution No. 63R -799
reads as follows:
"3. That subject property shall be developed sub-
stantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of
Anaheim, marked "Exhibits Nos. 1, 2 and 3
EXCEPT that the owners, at their option, may
substitute planting in lieu of the 2 -foot
block wall.'
AND WHEREAS, the owner of subject property has re-
quested that Resolution No. 63R -799 be amended by deleting
therefrom the requirement that a 2 -foot block wall be construc-
ted along the south property line; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that said request
should be granted and said resolution amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 63R -799 granting
Variance No. 1602 be, and the same is hereby amended by amend-
ing Condition No. 3 thereof to read as follows:
"3. That subject property shall be developed
substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim,
marked "Exhibits Nos. 1, 2 and 3."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said resolution be and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by
