A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE'CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of JOHN HANCOCK MUTUAL LIFE
INSURANCE COMPANY, a Massachusetts corporation,
to sel to the City of a.eim the fo owing describe real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as o ows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that parcel of land described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Northeast
quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter
of Section 8,Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the
Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in Book
51, pages 7 et seq of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California, said Northeast corner, for
the purpose of this description being the center line
intersection of La Palma Avenue with the center line
of Euclid Street; thence Westerly along the center
line of said La Palma Avenue a distance of 180.00 feet
to an intersection with the West line of the East 180.00
feet of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter
of the Northeast quarter of said Section 8; thence
Southerly to an intersection with a line parallel with
and 53.00 feet Southerly as measured at right angles
from the center line of said La Palma Avenue; thence
Easterly along the last mentioned parallel line a
distance of 102.05 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve concave Southwesterly and having a radius of
25 feet; thence Easterly and Southerly along said curve
through a central angle of 89 57' 48' an arc distance
of 39.25 feet to an intersection with a line parallel
with and 53.00 feet Westerly as measured at right angles
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 24th day of November 1964.

line of said Euclid Street to the point of beginning.
Subject to taxes for the fiscal year and to encumbrances,
covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations,
rights, rights of way and easements of record, if any.
