64-842RESOLUTION NO. 64a- 842 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF .ANAHEIM ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF VEHICULAR ACCESS RIGHTS ACROSS CERTAIN PROPERTY ON HARBOR BOULEVARD AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF TEMPORARY ACCESS RIGHTS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH. WHEREAS, in connection with Reclassification No. 63 -64 -82 Cedric A. White, Jr. and Ruth M. White were required to dedicate access rights to Harbor Boulevard in connection with the property bordering thereon; and WHEREAS, said Cedric A. White,Jr. and Ruth M. White have presented a Dedication Deed of such access rights to the City of Anaheim; and WHEREAS, in connection therewith said reclassification provided for temporary access to Harbor Boulevard by extending the existing driveway to the existing alley, such temporary access to remain until the alley was improved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that it accept and it does hereby accept the Dedication Deed of Cedric A. White, Jr. and Ruth M. White of any and all vehicular access rights on or to Harbor Boule- vard across the easterly portion of the following described property bordering on Harbor Boulevard: The Northerly 171.25 feet of that portion of Vineyard Lot G -6, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, at pages 629 and 630, of Deeds, records of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows: Beginning at a point 144.75 feet Westerly, measured at right angles from the monumented center line of South Palm Street, now known as Harbor Boulevard, and 38.25 feet Northerly, measured at right angles from the monumented center line of West Water Street; thence Northerly parallel with said center line of South Harbor Boulevard, 513.25 feet to the Northerly line of property conveyed to Joseph Leo Heinz, by deed recorded August 23, 1939 in Book 1009, page 174 of Official Records; thence Easterly along the Northerly line of the property conveyed by said deed to a point 34.75 feet Westerly at right angles from the monumented center line of South Harbor Boulevard; thence Southerly along a line parallel to said monumented center line of South Harbor Boulevard, 513.25 feet, more or less, to a point in a line 38.25 feet Northerly measured at right angles from the monumented center line of West Water Street, which line is the Northerly line of West Water Street, as fixed by that certain deed recorded January 8, 1927 in Book 10, page 81 of Official Records; thence Westerly along said Northerly line of West Water Street 110 feet to the point of beginning. Excepting from said North 171.25 feet the North 114.25 feet thereof. -1- Except an easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and across the Easterly 45.00 feet (as measured at right angles from the center line of Harbor Boulevard) to the City of Anaheim. AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim with Cedric A. White, Jr. and Ruth M. White granting to them temporary access rights to Harbor Boulevard. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this 24th day of November 1964.
