ings to consider an amendment to
Title 1.8 of the ..Ax,anelm idsunicipal Code relating to zoning, and
to consider a cfeange in the boundaries of the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and described, 81 at said hearing did
receive evidence ani feports from persons interested therein

WHEREI„ within a period of forty days following said
hearing thereon the Plannine Commission, did duly adopt a reso-
lution containing a. repit of its findings, a. summary of the
evidence presented at said hearing, and a recommendation that
the proposed amendt,,ent he adopted by the City Council and that
a certain zone or zones be changed as hereinafter set forth;

Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed tor said public

said public hearing before the Planning Commission, its report

NOW, lflitiTf0, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal
Cote he, and the 'ate is hereby, amended and that the following
described property, situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, to wits

The South 159 feet of the West 194 feet, measured
along the Westerly and Southerly lines of the South-
west quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 18,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los
Coyotes, as per Map recorded in Book 25, page 27 of
Record of Surveys in the Office of the County Recorder
of Orange County, California.
EXCEPTING the Westerly 50.00 feet lying within the
right of way of Magnolia Avenue and the Southerly 50
feet lying within the right of way of Ball Road.
ALSO EXCEPTING the triangular parcel described in
Parcel 3 of deed recorded June 28, 1955 in Book
3120, page 275 of Official Records of Orange
County, California.
be excluded from R -A, RESIDENTIAL- AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and incor-
porated in C -1, NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL ZONE.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and
he is hereby authorized and directed to prepare and submit to
the City Council an ordinance amending Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code to accomplish the objects herein found and
determined to be necessary and proper.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 27th day of October, 1964.
