Reniassifioation Proceed- ings No. 04765 uo consider an amendment to Title 1i of the A1 Uh,.fnicipal CoAe relating to zoning, and to consider a change in the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and desrihed, and at said hearing did receive evidence ailA tepits from persons interested therein and. from its staff; and WHEREAS, within a period of forty days following said hearing thereon the Pfannfng Commission did duly adopt a reso- lution containinga. r.epoit of its findings, a summary of the evidence presente d. at said hearing, and a. reommendation that the proposed amendment he adopted hy the City Council and that a certain. zone or zone-, be chaned as hereinafter set forth; and VIIIEREA, up .r...4 of said resolution, sumnary of evidence, report of findings, and recommendation of the City Planning Commission the City Council did fix the 27th day of October let 64 as the tim City Coucl e and th. Citni the Chambers in. the Cify JAI_ ot the City of Anaheim as the place for a public hearing on said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, and the exclusion of said prop- erty, hereinafter desnribed, from the zone or zones in which it is now situated, and the incorporation thereof in the one or zones hereinafter set forth.; and did give notice thereof in the manner and for as provided in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and WHEREA,S, a the time and place fixed for said public hearing the City Council did hold and conduct such public hearing, and did. give all persons interested therein an oppor- tunity to be heard, and did. receive evidence and reports, and did thereupon consider the summary of evidence presented at said public hearing before the Planning Commission, its report of findings, and recommendatfon; and WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that the amendment to Title 1.8 of the Anaheim Municipal Code should be adopted and that the property hereinafter described should be extuded from the zone or zones in which it is now situated and incorporated in the on or zones as hereinafter set forth.; NOW„ THERFOiVe!, BE IT t(ESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended and that the following described property, situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, Stale of California, to wit 64-65-30 be excluded from C -3, HEAVY COMMERCIAL ZONE, and incorporated in C -1, NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL ZONE. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to prepare and submit to the City Council an ordinance amending Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to accomplish the objects herein found and determined to be necessary and proper. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this 27th day of October, 1964. ATTEST: The Northerly 182.13 feet of the Easterly 131.15 feet of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 24, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the City of Anaheim, as shown on a Map thereof recorded in Book 51,.page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California. EXCEPTING that portion lying within the right of way of Ball Road and Magnolia Avenue as described in deed recorded February 28, 1961 in Book 5642, page 322 of Official Records of Orange County, California.
