A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CIT''
PROPERTY FOR EAS 4 NTS FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described re =1 property

An easement for road and public utility purposes, including
water transmission lines, over, under and across the
following described parcels of land, being a portion
of the land allotted to Heirs of Leandro Serrano in
Decree of Partition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana,
recorded in Book "B" of Judgments of the 17th Judicial
District Court of California, described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: A strip of land sixty (60) feet in width
lying 34 feet Northerly and 26 feet Southerly of the
following described line:
Beginning at "Point A," referred to in Parcel lA of that
certain deed of easement to the City of Anaheim, recorded
June 23, 1964 in Book 6355, page 676 of Official Records
of Orange County; thence South 88 30' 36" East 998.96
feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Northerly
and having a radius of 1,200 feet; thence Easterly
288.07 feet along said curve through a central angle
of 13 45' 17" to the beginning of a reverse curve having
a radius of 486.97 feet; thence Easterly 179.28 feet
along said curve through a central angle of 21 05' 39
thence South 81 10' 14" East, tangent to said curve
430.51 feet; thence South 77 40' 14" East 187.32 feet
to a point to be hereinafter referred to as "Point C."
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that parcel of land conveyed to The
American Lutheran Church, a corporation, for non profit,
under the laws of the State of Minnesota, by deed recorded
December 21, 1964 in Book 7352, page 238 of Official
Records of Orange County, California.

PARCEL TWO: A strip of land fifty (50) feet in width, the
center line of which is described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Villa-
real Drive with the Northeast line of Tract 5315, as shown
on a Map thereof recorded September 3, 1964 in Book 204,
pages 39, 40 and 41 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said Orange County, California, said intersection being in
a curve, the radius point of which bears South 64 32' 16"
East 1,000.00 feet from said intersection as shown on said
Map; thence continuing Northeasterly 50.11 feet along said
curve through a central angle of 2 52' 16 thence
North 28 20' 00" East, tangent to said curve, 80.00 feet
to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Westerly and
having a radius of 300.00 feet; thence Northerly 251.33
feet along said curve through a central angle of 48 00' 00
thence North 19 40' 00" West, tangent to said curve, 187.28
feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Easterly
and having a radius of 300.00 feet; thence Northerly
192.15 feet along said curve through a central angle of
36 41' 51" to the beginning of a reverse curve having
a radius of 300.00 feet; thence Northwesterly 343.45 feet
along said curve through a central angle of 65 35' 40"
to the beginning of a reverse curve having a radius of
245.00 feet; thence Northwesterly 193.68 feet along
said curve through a central angle of 45 17' 35 thence
North 3 16' 14" West 264.38 feet to the center line of
the above described Parcel One.
The Easterly line of said 50 -foot strip to intersect with
the South line of the above described Parcel One by means
of a tangent curve concave Southeasterly having a radius of
15.00 feet. The Westerly line of said 50 -foot strip to
intersect with the South line of the above described Parcel
One by means of a tangent curve concave Southwesterly,
having a radius of 15.00 feet.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion lying Southerly of the
boundary of the City of Anaheim, as established by the
Olive Hills Reservoir Annexation passed by Ordinance No.
1822, March 12, 1963 and filed with the Secretary of State
April 12, 1963 and recorded April 19, 1963 in the Office
of the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PARCEL A: An easement for the installation and maintenance
of a water line over, under and across a strip of land
fifteen (15) feet in width, lying within the Southwesterly
prolongation of the sidelines of that certain easement
described as "Parcel No. 7" in the deed to the City of
Anaheim recorded in Book 6355, pages 675 through 678,
inclusive, of Official Records of Orange County, California,
bounded Southwesterly by the Northeasterly line of above
described Parcel Two and Northeasterly by the Southwesterly
line of said Parcel No. 7."
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim :.ccept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar 0$1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved nd signed by me
